3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST) / Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, or at any time during Saturday and Sunday, will enter our processing sequence on the next immediate business day (Monday morning).
4. Real-Time Shipment Tracking
Within 24 hours of your package being handed over to the shipping carrier, an automated confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and an active carrier tracking link will be dispatched to your registered email address (support@hoog.shop). You can monitor your shipment via major domestic carriers (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
5. Addressing Errors and Modifications
It is the customer's legal responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and includes all relevant unit, suite, or apartment numbers. If you detect an error, you must notify us immediately at support@hoog.shop. Once an item has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are legally unable to alter the destination, and the customer assumes liability for non-delivery.
